By creating an account or using Footprints ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Footprints.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete Account).

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Footprints is a community of travelers sharing honest, first-hand tips. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload or send anything that:

• is hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying, sexually explicit, violent or discriminatory;
• is false or misleading, including tips about places you have not actually visited;
• is spam, advertising or self-promotion;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• contains personal information about other people without their consent;
• is illegal or encourages illegal activity.

You also agree not to fake your location, impersonate others, or interfere with the app or its servers.

3. Moderation and enforcement

• Experiences, usernames and bios are automatically filtered for abusive language and spam.
• Any user can report an experience or block another user. Content reported by several users is hidden automatically.
• We review reports and remove objectionable content, and we may suspend or permanently remove users who break these terms, without prior notice.

To report a problem, use the Report option in the app or email deeplearningayaz@gmail.com.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the experiences and photos you share. By posting them, you give Footprints a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, translate and distribute them within the app so other travelers can see them. Experiences you post are public. Deleting an experience or your account removes it from the app.

5. Travel information disclaimer

Tips on Footprints are written by other users and reflect their personal experience. We do not verify their accuracy. Use your own judgment and check important information (such as prices, opening hours, safety and legal requirements) before relying on it.

6. Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Footprints is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from content posted by other users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Footprints after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
